M3 - Rotary heat exchanger belt broken
Description
The alarm indicates temperature differences that are outside of expected values, which the system interprets as if the rotary heat exchanger is not rotating.
Instructions
- Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
- Disconnect the operating voltage to the unit by pulling out the mains plug connector. Check for possible reason why the rotor is not turning. Ensure that the unit is operated on commissioned air flows. In the event that the rotor belt is intact and the rotor appears to be rotating as it should: Check for probable cause why the temperature difference between extract air and exhaust air has decreased (extremely low air flows can trigger this type of alarm). Connect the mains plug connector again and wait 3 min for the unit to restart.
