TM1 - Supply air fan fault

Description

Inside the fan motor there is a tacho generator which provides feedback on how many revolutions the fan is performing at the moment.
The alarm message is indicating that the tacho signal is missing.

Instructions

  1. Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
  2. Switch off the supply voltage to the unit by pulling out the mains plug.
    Check that the connector to the fan motor that is causing the alarm is properly connected (see user manual regarding cleaning fans).
    Check for possible cause of fan motor not rotating/going heavy/get stucked.
    Reconnect the mains plug and wait 3 minutes for the device to boot.
  3. In case this action doesn’t solve your problem, please contact your service partner.
