F15 - Heat pump reheating coil over temperature detection

Description

The overheating termostat for the electrical heater in the tank module has created an alarm.

Instructions

  1. Reset the termostat according to section 6.2 in the user manual. 
  2. Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
  3. In the event of a recurring alarm, follow the venting procedure according to section 6.2 in the user manual.
  4. Check the water filter according to periodic maintenance 5.1 in the user manual. 
  5. In case this action doesn’t solve your problem, please contact your service partner.
