Error on mixing valve, M11

Description

The product detects that the component is in the wrong position and therefore cannot continue with the next step.

Instructions

  1. Check the LEDs on the valve. If they flash (regardless of color), the valve does not reach its position.
  2. Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
  3. If this action does not solve your problem, contact your service partner.
