M3 - Rotary heat exchanger motor stuck
Description
The system indicates that the rotary heat exchanger is running too heavy or is completely stuck. As a safety measure, the rotor motor is stopped pending check/reset of the alarm.
Instructions
- Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
- Switch off the supply voltage to the unit by pulling out the mains plug. Look for a possible reason why the rotor runs heavy/gets stuck. If ice formation is the cause, the module must be removed (see user manual) to allow the ice to melt. Also remove any moisture/ice that remains in the unit. In case of recurring problems with de-icing, the commissioned air flows should be reviewed to ensure correct operation. Consider enabling the defrost function.
