M3 - Rotary heat exchanger, unable to control

Description

The rotary heat exchanger cannot be operated according to the control logic.

Instructions

  1. Try to reset the alarm following the procedure described for the Flexit GO app or control panel, dependant on which device you are using.
  2. Disconnect the operating voltage to the unit by pulling out the mains plug connector and wait for 10 s.
  3. Connect the mains plug connector again and wait 3 min for the unit to restart.
  4. Ensure that the unit runs on commissioned air flows.
  5. In case of recurring alarms: Check for probable cause why the temperature difference between extract air and exhaust air is lower than expected (extremely low air flows can trigger this type of alarm).
  6. In case neither action solves your problem, please contact your service partner.
