I get an error message when trying to register the unit in Flexit GO – what should I do?
If you receive an error message when trying to register the unit in Flexit GO, the most common reason is that the unit is not connected to the internet. Make sure the unit is connected to your router using an Ethernet cable and that the network has an active internet connection. After connecting the cable, wait a few minutes before attempting to register the unit again.
