I cannot control the unit with the CI60/CI600 control panel – what could be wrong?
If you are unable to control the unit with the CI60 or CI600 control panel, the most common cause is a lack of communication between the panel and the unit. Start by checking the green LED on the circuit board inside the unit. It should flash rapidly green, approximately 5 times per second. If it does not flash, communication is likely missing. Next, disconnect any additional equipment such as humidity or CO₂ sensors to rule out conflicts. Then test by connecting the control panel directly to the short cable above the unit to eliminate issues with extension cables or junction boxes. Also check that the flat cable inside the control panel is securely connected and not damaged. After each change or reconnection, the unit must be restarted for the control panel to be correctly detected. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting the retailer where the product was purchased or the service company that installed the system.
