The yellow filter indicator is on – what should I do?
The yellow indicator light on the control panel turns on automatically every six months as a reminder to check the filters. This does not necessarily mean the filters must be replaced immediately, but that they should be inspected. In general, filters should be replaced once a year, preferably in autumn after the pollen season. In areas with high levels of dust or pollution, filter replacement may be needed twice a year, in spring and autumn. After replacing the filters, the indicator must be reset. The reset procedure varies depending on the control panel model. Refer to the user manual for your specific control panel, such as CI 60, CI 50 or CI 600.
