Why has my complaint been rejected?
A complaint may be rejected if the product has not been installed correctly, has not been maintained in accordance with the user manual, or has not been used as described by Flexit. This includes, among other things, correct selection and use of filters as well as proper operation of the unit. As the owner of the product, you are responsible for familiarising yourself with the product’s properties and maintenance requirements. If you did not receive the necessary information at the time of purchase, this should be addressed with the dealer who sold you the product.
