The CI70 control panel shows nothing – what could be wrong?

If the CI70 control panel does not display anything at all, the most common cause is a wiring issue. Start by checking that the positive and negative connections are correctly connected. Pay special attention to the fact that when using the short direct cable above the unit, the colour coding for positive and negative is reversed, which can easily lead to incorrect wiring. Also check that the T15 connector on the circuit board is securely connected inside the unit. Finally, make sure the unit is powered and properly connected to the mains supply. If the panel still shows nothing after these checks, we recommend contacting the service company that installed the system or the retailer where the product was purchased.
